This simply means that only ONE monthly holiday textNtouch per person. When you add contacts to your Agents TNT database- THEY ARE ALL YOURS- and they can ONLY receive the monthly holiday touches from YOU! This doesn't mean that your contact couldn't be added in another agent's database, it just means that the FIRST one to add them, gets them for textNtouch.
